Wow, this card is insane. It's unbelievable that it only takes an 85 squad i.e. a bit of fodder, to complete this best. I'm an Elite Player but don't play too much, so I usually get to Elite by the end of the season by playing here and there (don't play enough in Elite to say skill rating but I think 1900?). I really haven't played that much this season, so was in Div 3 after last season reset from Elite > Div 3. I played 10 games with Defoe across the top of Div 3 and all the way through Div 2 (had the 2x since I wasn't losing lol). Now onto the review.

I used Hawk on him to boost pace, nearly max out shooting stats and give him a little extra strength. I don't see how another chem style could be better, unless you are a big dribbler. I barely notice but he has 86 dribbling, seems higher (above 90) but Engine could still max out pace, give better long passing and increase dribbling. I think it would be a bit of a waste since agility and balance are so high, but feel free to use that if you like to skill and dribble all around your opponent.

He is so agile on the ball that it's really hard for opponents to knock him off. He also has 80 strength, which helps with aggressive defensive players. His shooting is the cheat code. With Hawk, almost everything he puts up goes in with ease. Somehow even shots that seem close to the goalie still go in, which I've never seen before in FIFA 22. Finesse is automatic and I haven't missed an open weak foot shot yet, seems like 5*, not 4* (could be because his shooting stats are just that good honestly).

I ended up going 9-1-1 in 11 games with him and genuinely don't know if I can replace him unless I pack a crazy TOTS striker. I packed TOTY Lewandowski and I was so pumped. Unfortunately, Lewa was clunky and not up to par with what I was hoping for. He's still on my bench but I rarely sub him in unless I need to score a crucial corner or something. He's not terrible, there are just so many better options. Defore is what I wished Lewa was when I packed a TOTY - fast, agile, amazing shooting, strong, good dribbler, great body type. I feel better about the Lewa flop now that I have Defoe at this bargain price. He's fun to play with and decimates all defenders and goalies. Hope you guys do him and have a blast!

Wow. An amazing sbc released by EA, and this guy is literally a cheat code at 65k. He surprised me a lot with his finishing and freekicks, and having him upfront is amazing. his short passing is still good, which helps out with that extra pass. He is super fun, and good for any Tottenham past and present. I have used HM Chiesa and Fut Captians Quagiliarella, and this guy is better with a cheaper price point, is fodder is used. Even with that 4*4* combo, he still is a demon

OMG! He is easily one of the best cards in this game and an 85 squad is a bargain. I played him at striker along side POTM vinicius junior. As a combo they are just so good together. They both scored a total of 11 goals in 5 games and thats not all thats good about him.

I wanted a rapid striker that has good shooting to replace fb neymar and then this card was released when i first saw his stats i was stunned so i decided to start using him in my team i play a 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 (2) ingame the 4-4-2 is more attacking less defending and the other one is the opposite, i used him with a hawk and played him along side mkhitaryan fb and sometimes along side ronaldo potm and he was absolutely amazing i managed to score every single game with him because of how good he is with composure and shooting
